Q. What glass has been used for the Protein Shakers and Coffee Cups?
A. Borosilicate Glass. It is completely non toxic and is known for its low thermal expansion and high resistance to thermal and chemical stress.
This being said, it can still break or crack if it is exposed to excessive force or extreme temperatures. This is why we recommend not pouring boiling water into a cold glass.
Q. What type of plastic is the lid and base made out of?
A. Polypropylene (PP). This is a BPA free, food grade versatile thermoplastic polymer. We chose to use this due to its strength and chemical resistance.
Q. How do I know what size to order?
A. We have tried to make this as easy as possible for you to decide which size.
- Small Coffee Cup = 235mls (8oz)
- Medium Coffee Cup = 355mls (12oz)
- Large Coffee Cup = 475mls (16oz)
- Protein Shaker = 475ml (16oz)
Q. Can I use the coffee lid on my Protein Shaker?
A. Yes, of course! This was one of the main reasons behind our design. Every size (small, medium, large) can use both the coffee lid and Shaker lid interchangeably.
Q. Can I buy the lids separately?
A. Absolutely! Visit Accessories to purchase Lids and bases separately.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
A. We aim to ship orders within 1-2 business days from our warehouse in Wagga Wagga NSW. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. We sure do, we offer free shipping on all orders over $100 AUD. We have a flat rate shipping fee on $9.95 on all orders under $100 AUD
Q. Do you offer International Shipping?
A. We currently offer Domestic Shipping Australia wide only. However we are working to be able to process orders globally in the near future. Feel free to send us an email at support@awokeliving.com.au and we can look into this for you.
Q. What do I do if I receive my product and it is faulty?
A. Our dream is that you receive you product and absolutely love it! However sometimes things happen that are out of our control. Our glass is hand blown and this can lead to a small window for human error. If you have received a product that you believe is faulty please contact us at support@awokeliving.com.au and we will make arrangements to send you out a replacement ASAP. If you happen to have an issue with any of your plastic parts please reach out and we will be more then happy to provide you with a replacement if necessary.
Q. Can I put my Shaker or Cup in the Dishwasher?
A. Absolutely. All parts are dishwasher safe. We recommend separating all pieces and stacking in the top shelf of you dishwasher. There is a silicone ring inside all lids and the Shakers have a second silicone ring to seal the drinking spout. Please ensure these are intact and in place after every wash.
